The process starts with the mixing of granules (Combination of LDPE & HDPE) in the hot mixture proceeding to the extruder which melts the polymer at high temperature. A thick layer of Polyethylene Core is formed with the help of T-Die which is further processed at Three Roll Calender Unit for another surface of the layer.

In this process, Alupan laminates the 2 layer of Aluminium Skin on the PE sheet with the help of Adhesive layer on both sides of the PE Sheets, while ensuring the quality and luster of the Aluminium Surface being maintained and then Protective film is layered on the top side of Aluminium Coil at the end.

Alupan Sheets in the thickness of 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm & 6mm are cut into standard sizes being 4x8ft, 4x10ft, 4x12ft and upto 18ft also.
